Katharine looks pretty as a peacock in her teal strapless party dress. In fact, the loopy pattern of her belted confection reminds me of peacock feathers. Do you think she looks good, strutting her stuff in her netted number? Oh, and that hair — amazing.

20It's unusual but I think she's pulling it off. I have to disagree about the hair though--it does look a little cheap. Not a fan of the blue liner either.
21I love the color of the dress. Not sure if I like the style of the dress though. It is unique and interesting and would catch peoples eye in interest.
22Normally I would say I didn't like it. But with the cut and fit of the dress, the print seems to work. And it looks totally cute on her.
