We were wondering where the Queen Bee was last night at the Teen Choice Awards [1] — she arrived fashionably late, of course. Gossip Girl [2] Leighton looked regal and elegant in emerald green Lanvin, but it feels a bit too grown up for the event. Her curls are really fun though. Do you love it or hate it?
