It's teen week here at Fab, so get ready for bubblegum curls and polka dot Alice + Olivia dresses. This little number was worn by teeny boppers Miley Cyrus, at MTV's TRL, and Monique Coleman, at the Teen Choice Awards preparty. Funny how both girls wore fuchsia shoes with the bubble hem dress. My vote goes to Monique because she shows off the delicate neckline better; Miley's hair is distracting. Who looks cutest to you?

3Neither. I don't like the bubble-hems, and although I don't know who Monique is or how old she is, I'll never like tween stars wearing that short a hemline. I don't care if it's trendy and they all do it, it still sends a bad message and it's part of why middle schools have such a dress code headache.

i do agree that miley's hair is distracting, but i pick her because her makeup looks good, her shoes are cute with the dress and it just fits better on her.

19I think that bubble dresses make people more fat and short. I don´t like them and I think that the dress doesn´t fit monique neither miley.
20Monique made this dress look nothing special. Miley, surprisingly, looks great.
21I picked Monique. I love her hair with the dress, and plus I love how her darker skin tone makes the dress stand out.

24miley shes really pretty and moniques does look to small for her.
25I voted Miley. Her shoes go very well with the dress and her long curly hair does a great job covering up that halter strap. The dress looks better without the straps because the halter part actually looks kind of weird in person.
