Lugging around an umbrella can get pretty annoying. I've lost my share on buses, trains, restos, you name it. What do you think about this Zambos & Siega Umbrella Purse ($825)? This hands-free contraption will surely take the worry out of forgetting your umbrella but I'm not too sure about the design . . .

But what do you do on days where it's not raining? Do you only use the bag on days where there is a chance of rain?

i guess some people got handful of stuffs, and didn't have hand for their umbrella, so they simply decided to attach em on their bags.

You'd think for $825 they could make it both functional and aesthetically pleasing. It's not horrible (for a basic black briefcase-looking thing), but it doesn't seem to be high-fashion, either.

I like the idea but I definitely wish it were cuter.

not for $825, one could buy lots of umbrellas for that and the bag isn't enough either.

I agree that it's a good, functional idea, but I think it's pretty ugly.

no....good weapon tho...carry the bag..and if you need it whip out the umbrella matrix style...

i do not like that - i think that it;s too cumbersome to be honest...and if i were to carry that in NYC - chances are i'd hit more than my fair share of passerby and they would NOT like me very much.

Fug. I have a teeny little Totes umbrella that I can tuck away and forget about, and it does the job...and it's houndstooth patterned 
I rather lose a $10 umbrella 50x than buy that $825 purse. It's ugly anyway.
