So when those inexpensive designer goods get even cheaper, I pounce like a jackal in the wild. To make room for the Richard Chai collection, Target is having a giant clearance sale on its Rogan line. Nothing is more than $11.24, this shift dress is $9.99 (down from $39.99), and surprisingly, the sizes aren't too picked over. Get it while the getting's good.
