I have mixed feelings about these Marni Peep-Toe Ankle Boots ($920). I love the cut and color, but I have an issue with the peep-toe. I wish the "peep" was a little bigger because no matter how skinny my toes may be, they'll never show through that tiny hole. Are you feeling these?

hate. I think the platform the worst part.

Maybe I'm coming from a far too 'function over form' fram of mind, but what's the point of the peep on a boot? Especially a peep that doesn't reveal any toe? It would be horrible in cold weather, unless your feet tend to get really hot.
Okay, I'm clearly not cut out for "high" fashion.
I Love them! i think that if the peep were any bigger it'd look way weird.
Fugly!
I agree with treb. It kinda works on some boot but in this case it's useless.
I am so sick of peep toe anything.
ewwww hahaha
The peep-toe looks so ridiculous on these. Hate.
barf.
I just don't like the whole look.
The platform and faux peep toe is a big turn off, but loving the color for some odd reason.

Eeww.
They're horrible. All of my fashion magazines lately have been featuring some of the ugliest shoes I've ever seen. About half are wonderful and the other half are hideous joke shoes. The best part is some really stupid women with more money than brains will be wearing them while the rest of us just laugh our as*es off. Thank you stupid women and arrogant designers for adding a little humor to this bleak world.
I'm with treb as well. Maybe it's because I live somewhere with snow and rain, but I'm really over peep toes for fall. It's totally understandable for nice weather. But once it gets cold, there's no way to pull something like this off, even with tights. Just silly.

I think its ok looking, i like the color, i just dont think I can walk in shoes like these
what's those tiny holes doing there?
a rat bite or something?
I'm in the 13% who actually like them. I pretty much like all things Marni and ugly-chic.
Why the heck, would someone wears boots if there's a peep-toe? It's like people wearing a coat with flip-flops.
the only thing I could repeat to myself was "peep-toe ankle boots." I don't know how that even made people love it.
MAN ALIVE, THEM'S SOME UGLY BOOTS!!!
I think that treb hit the nail on the head, here. Where in the world would peep-toe boots be appropriate? UGH.
If there was no peep toe on these boots, they'd be only marginally improved. Sorry, they're interesting, but not pretty to me. And I'm not a fan of the peep toed boot, just because if I'm waring boots, odds are there's something to the weather that I want to keep OUT!
i really don't know about these not my style but they look kinda cool
This boot is horrible on so many levels.
I don't get the peep toe boot...I can't wear these when it snows.
I'm with the small percentage of people who love them. I think the "peep" as more of a design element, not actually to show off your toes. I also love the mixture of textures on the soles/ platform, then the leather, it makes them even more interesting to me. This said, I'm not a Marni fan by any means and usually find Marni quite dull.
ewww. forget about the hideousness of a peeptoe on a boot but wtf .. the colours/patterns dont go AT ALL.
Ugly even for Marni
Well, I subscribe to "form FOLLOWS function." Thus, I think this design is absurd. Personally, I wear boots when it's cold. I rely on my boots to insulate my feet and legs (that's the function. It's not just a fashion statement). That damn peep toe would be counter-function, as it would make my toes cold.
Sorry, I consider these boots unintelligent design.
I love them, I would definitly wear them!!!
