I wasn't sure if the whole loafer trend was right for me, but I recently snagged a great deal on a pair at a thrift store. They're a beautiful camel color and surprisingly comfortable. Now, I have my eyes on these Yves Saint Laurent Loafer Pumps ($440). The sharp pointed toe gives them a sexy edge and the hidden platform front will keep my toes comfy all day long. Only problem with these babies is their price tag.

These Urban Outfitters Pour La Victoire Loafer Heels ($188) have the same stellar pointed toe and are much more reasonably priced. They don't come in black, but the brown would look nice with my earth-toned ensembles.

Cute but not my style.
1Sorry, both shoes are fug.
2these are definitely not my thing!
3i also don't love them. and that's fairly $$$ for shoes from urban outfitters!
4I agree with Rosa, they are kinda fug
5Ewwwwwwww....I HATE them both. They're so granny-ish.
6I kind of like the shoes, but I would defenitely prefer the black...
7Wow, the Urban Outfitters one really resembles the other. But $188 is still a lot of money.
8I just got a pair like this for $139 - Linea Paolo's "Madilyn" pump at Nordstrom.com. Of course this only matters to those who don't think they're fug.
9I bet they look better on/with an outfit.
10PS, just looked at the Linea Paolo ones that jenmath just mentioned and the toe less platformy--i think i like them better.
