For the first time in this season of Project Runway, I completely disagree with the judges' decision. Sorry, Nina! The challenge was to create a day-to-night look for Brooke Shields's character on Lipstick Jungle — really cool.
That is an awfully high waisted skirt. It didn't seem that bad on the model, but in the picture, that's encroaching upon bra territory. Bit high for me!

I love high-waisted stuff but this was too high! that's why I didn't expect it to win... surpriseee
