To look the part of cool musician, she wore Rachel Pally's star dress, a black cropped vest, and red Chucks. She balanced her girliness via a macho watch, a pair of geometric sunnies, and a colorful striped bag. Rock on.

1I love everything but the sunglasses, those sunglasses don't flatter her face shape (in my opinion anyway)...I love the combination of the vest with the dress though.
2Is she wearing a white Toy Watch brand acrylic watch? because I've been pining for one of those for ages and I sorta hate that I would have the same item as Miley. On the other hand, her outfit is decently cute and fitting to her age ( minus the sunglasses)
