I love everything but the sunglasses, those sunglasses don't flatter her face shape (in my opinion anyway)...I love the combination of the vest with the dress though.

Is she wearing a white Toy Watch brand acrylic watch? because I've been pining for one of those for ages and I sorta hate that I would have the same item as Miley. On the other hand, her outfit is decently cute and fitting to her age ( minus the sunglasses)
