I'm SUPER strict on my expenditures lately because I'm trying to build a nice nest egg for when I graduate.
That said, that doesn't mean I'll buy cheap clothes...I still buy quality, I just buy fewer pieces. Which means I'm sticking to the classic pieces that will last me more than the next 2
months, so the investment pays off.
Lately I haven't had the need to do much shopping since I've accumulated quite a few pieces when I worked at Macy's part time. I also buy classic items that can be worn again and again.
I am a very picky shopper.
I never spend on pieces that will do the trick temp. then fall apart like H+M, target etc. Dont buy high end pieces either so Staying between nice vintage pieces and good basics like jCrew or
brands that ownt fall apart after the first wash, although some pieces are hard to resist often for a night out- etc.

3I have to give myself a budget because I have been spending way too much.
4I tend to save and save and then splurge seasonally. I've also been known to wear my clothes until they practically disintegrate on my body.
