Nicole Miller thinks daytime dresses are rather plain, so naturally, it was her duty to save the world one dress at a time. The designer, who's known for her embellished evening dresses, will be offering a collection of mid-day amusements under her Nicole Miller Studio One label.

“There are also a lot of prints and solids. This won’t be minimalist. It has a very modern and young attitude,” said the designer [1].

Wholesaling from $110 to $345, the 24-style dress collection, featuring special treatments and embroidery, will be available at Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue this month, while her sportswear line will debut in Fall 2009.
