Ozzy spawn Kelly is moving up the fashion food chain, quickly. She looks sharp and sophisticated, but still manages to bring in pops of punk. Shining example: This sassy tailored look. The pleated dress is adorable and a great fit, the cropped tuxedo jacket is a fresh perspective — we're seeing so many blazers nowadays — and she spices it up with leopard print peep toes and two-tone Ray Bans. Daddy would be proud.

When she was younger her clothes never worked for her, so she must have gotten a new stylist to help dress her with better taste.Though I was not pleased with her being called Ozzy's spawn. Geez she is Ozzy's daughter regardless of her past.
