Think back to her rich brunette hair days, and compare...the blonde just washes her out, and a nude eye makes the creasiness around her eyes stand out more than they ought to (however, Kudos, Hil, for not botoxing your smile lines!).
Grow the hair out a bit, and go back to the lovely brown shade, and I think she'll look MUCH better.

15oooh i LOVE this - it's maybe my favorite or one of my favorites of the night. hilary always manages to wear some of the best looks and this is just expanding on that. her gold dress, her backless blue dress and now this one. wow...i love it!
