Beyonce decided to rock her fashion sense at Radio City Music Hall in a short, sleeveless Costume National LDB with silk insets. Silver and gold shoes are the focal point along with Egyptian-inspired eyes. What's also interesting is how she opted to wear two matching bracelets on each wrist. What do you think?
She looks understated so I'm undecided but I like the hair and makeup. She's safe as far as being on the worst dresses list she's just not LOVE IT material

I'd like the dress more if it was a couple inches longer. The proportion just seems odd to me. I also can't tell how it's doing things for her figure, given the dark background.

I never LOVE anything she puts on, and this is no exception. But she looks good - I like it much better when she goes for simpler looks 
I think she looks amazing - less is more is always a good thing. I think her shoes are fierce. I checked out some other blogs and turns out they are by Ruthie Davis - her shoes are so fierce. I love that Beyonce chose a newer brand like Ruthie Davis and not Louboutin like all of the other celebs on the red carpet.

i think that this suits her really nicely - it's simple and flirty and fun - yet it's not over the top like her sister's look. very good job!
