Surprisingly, Gucci's Spring collection has been all over the red & orange carpet this awards season. I would think more peeps would shy away from the graphic and exotic print red and purple collection; I'm happy to see some risk takers! First we saw it on Oprah at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party - though it seemed a bit busy for Oscars festivities. Then on Saturday we had back-to-back Gucci with Rihanna in a punchy mini dress & awesome purple eye shadow and Jessica Alba dressed it down with some wide legged jeans and bedroom eyes. Who do you think wore Gucci better this awards season?

J. Alba, the other two were really wild, and hers looked the most put together.
1I love Rhianna's look, especially the makeup, but Jessica's outfit is sooo cute. JA wins by a small margin for me.

2sure, jessica alba looks fantastic. and i know it's the kids' choice awards, so no need to look oscar-fabulous. but her outfit reminds me of, oh, how i dress any time i'm not at work (and sometimes even at work since our dress code is very casual).
3i chose rihanna because she pulled off an unorthodox dress VERY well and still fit the occasion.
I agree completely llendril about Jessica Alba; I think she looks good, but nothing special. Although I chose Oprah as pulling it off the best... I think she looks amazing there & not too flashy for the Oscars either.

13Jessica Alba. The print doesn't overpower her, and for the Kids' Choice Awards, it's a good look. The event is more laid back, so the clothes should be more casual.
I just don't like Oprah's look. And Rihanna's is... I dunno it just feels like too much to me. Like she's trying too hard. Could be just me.

15rihanna would have won if she didn't have the belt around her dress... it makes her look tooo teeny, which isn't very flattering.
