Penelope definitely wears this look well. Katie tends to wear her pants low and sloppy - it's sort a thing she has.
6I have those jeans and I ordered my usual size, they fit perfect. I suggest ordering your usual size. I think Katie is wearing hers a few sizes bigger. They stretch a little after wearing they are a linen blend.

13oh, wow! I actually see myself wearing this whole look!My favourites are the leather jacket, the pants and the necklace! The only thing i don't like is the bag, first because i'm too petite for something so big and second because i refuse to pay 2000 bucks for a damn bag! (same goes for the necklace... way too expensive for something so "casual")
14It bugs me that she wears her pants so low since she's long waisted to begin with. Her torso doesn't need lengthening, so it just makes her look sloppy.
If someone was wearing these pieces the right way, I would love it.

I love that jacket, it helps the slouchy pants not look quite so slouchy. Penelope looks gorgeous in her wide legged pants, it just looks like they're going for very different looks.
