I had to take a breather for a sec after seeing Rihanna's Armani Prive getup — I was in shock. In fact, all I can still even muster up to say is: Yikes! And is that a crushed velvet skirt? Thoughts?

Ok, I like that she takes risks, but this just doesn't work. I think she could have pulled it off, it not for the bottom. It's way to bulky and busy for the top. Maybe it had been a smooth fabric and a pencil silhouette would have worked? I think the hair is fun, but there's something off about the shoes--they look bulky, and that under eyeliner is horrendous.
