2007 Cannes Film Festival: Kerry Washington

I love this emerald green gown but I am not in love with it, if that makes sense. The jewel-tone color and grand silhouette are gorgeous, but when put together, something is off. Don't get me wrong, Kerry pulls it off really well, but perhaps it's too much green for my eyes. I do, however, like that the bodice is sweetheart and that unique necklace! I'm iffy, what about you?

the dress doesn't look like it fits her properly in the bust area. when i look at it, i expect her to just pop right out, or at least move without the material moving with her. it's alright but a little awkward.
