I gotta give props to Alicia for staying on top of the trends. She hit all the right notes stepping out on the red carpet in a fuchsia strapless dress by David Meister at the BET Awards. I love the origami pleating and those Sergio Rossi paint splattered shoes are hot!

Anybody that had anything negative to say were just blowing hot air. Alicia's hair, dress, and everything else were perfect that night.

Dress is cute, if a little '80s, but the hemline makes her legs look kind of stumpy. Also, why is one of her eyes always closed more than the other?

I really like that dress! It's cuute! But, it's definitely not flattering to her body. Neither was the outfit she wore during her performance..(which btw, was only good because of En Vogue, SWV, & TLC).
