Not that I expect any less from Charlize Theron, but the actress turned up to the 2008 CFDA Awards in a flawless Christian Dior Couture sequined LBD. She decked her neck in diamonds and dressed her feet with gold studded sandals. What's your verdict? Does she pull the look off?

oh I LOVE the eye makeup. It brings out her gorgeous green eyes. They are breathtaking. She should wear smoky eyes more often and it's so perfect with a little black dress at an evening event, so I don't see the problem.

I like everything but her makeup - I don't think the almost-cliche smokey eye is necessary, but put in some color or something! that dress is gorgeous, though, and I love how she is never boring...

Charlize would look hot wearing a burlap sack, but this outfit is really sexy. I would stayed away from earth tone makeup though - gloss and smokey eyes would look better!

Diamonds and sequins and see-through panels...because she can. Wouldn't it be great to be her? Actually, I like the necklace and dress individually, but not necessarily together, but because she's Charlize Theron and beyond us mere mortals, she can wear whatevs.
