2008 Emmy Awards: Mary-Louise Parker

Weeds star Mary-Louise looks stunning and simplistic in a turquoise Roberto Cavalli gown. The pleating around the torso is interesting and ultimately flattering. The delicate jewels lining the straps prevents the dress from being boring, and her crystallized black clutch is wicked. Thoughts?

I agree with others that mentioned that it does come off as kind of cheap...maybe it´s the texture of the fabric? Don´t know...I heard MLP, but there´s something not working with this look, maybe it´s the hair, maybe it´s the choice of lipcolour...

THIS is the dress I think looks cheap, I don't konw if it's the rouching in the front? Looks like I could pick up this dress at the mall or something. Definitely isn't as glamorous as the other gowns...

it is alittle prom, but I think she works it - she is one of the most beautiful/interesting-looking/talented actresses today, and I think she always pulls off the risks she takes - my favorite of the night...
