Miley Cyrus decided to give the red carpet a bit of sparkle in her silver sequined Zuhair Murad mini dress. To keep with the shine theme, the singer threw on a silver cuff bracelet, a silver belt, and diamond hoops. Black peep-toe pumps complete the look. What's your verdict?

Age appropriate; she looks REALLY cute here! So it's a little shiny/sparkly, but this is Fashion Rocks, and where else can you pull out a dress like that? It's quite appropriate for the occasion. Anyway she looks her age and adorable. Oh, and makeup is fresh and young, unlike her Grammy disaster!

love! - the dress is a little wierd, but I think it (as well as all the silver) works for the event, and I think she looks cute and sparkly. I agree with the porn star comment though...

I'm not a fan of hers, too much sexification of the young girls and all, but I think she looks kind of cute. She's young enough that she can pull OTT glitz off.In order to make something this shiny work...you must either be young (see Miley) or FABULOUS (see avatar!)
