There's no need to be patronising Fancifulfabi, it's a love it or hate it poll, not an art critique. I get a rise out anyone who assumes that if somebody doesn't like something it's because they don't understand it. Personally I chose undecided, because I love the white half, but I hate the black half! Perhaps if she had chosen a belt that brought the two together more coherently it would work better.

I'm pretty sure the belt goes with the dress. I don't get the hate for it. I loved it ever since I saw it on the catwalk!

the belt just makes the whole thing fall flat. it's not the right color and the detail is too distracting. she should have just gone for a simple black one, or maybe just a plain gunmental one or something, i do think she needed one to break up the line of the two-tone though. and i wish her shoes were higher, those are an awkward heel height and make her feet look funny.
