With Cruise '10 in full effect, let's stop and evaluate the latest. Frocks and skirts dominated, but what really caught my eye were clean, lean trousers — quite the opposite of crazy harem pants. Instead, trousers ranged from cropped and loose-fitting to tight and body-con. All polished, all pretty.
