Again, seperate those pieces are cute but together they don't work at all! Wedges like that are not for 'dressing down' a black dress .. and the brown purse on top of it? No way!
9News flash, purse/shoe color rules aren't as strict as they were in the old days. It's a fun mix.
10Flum is right. Altho it's not as strict as today but remember, just cuz u can mix good does not mean it will have a good color combination. to pull of mix colors, all colors have to be united and the "overall" dress has to look good, if not, then the overall look is not pulled off. This garment of hers is alright.

15I kind of agree on the wedge/dress/purse combo - something about the colors is a little off-putting, but I love love love the silhouette of that dress! Hot!
16I think it is really cute, and I"m sure it looks even better in person. Colors/clothes don't always photograph well, but it looks good to me!
17I like each piece separately, but I don't think it all goes together; too many different "looks" and colors thrown into one outfit.
