I'm serious when it comes to investing in a wallet. I carry mine practically everywhere I go, so looks and function are key. My current one is getting raggedy so I'm thinking about a replacement. This Marc by Marc Jacobs Jelly Jacquard Wallet ($148) is kitschy cool, but I'm afraid it's too trendy. What do you think?

4I love it. It's certainly more flamboyant than the average wallet, but that is the appeal for me.
5Too trendy for me. I also like subtle wallets, because I don't want people looking at it when I pull it out.
I've had a LV Porte Tresor for years, and it does the job. It's got plenty of space for my stuff, it's well constructed, and if anyone's all fashion conscious, it's luxe enough. Bonus is I can almost use it as a clutch if I'm so inclined!
6Hmmm: I don't think thsi is too trendy at all. I love the black and pink combo and the print. I would def. buy this. Like you said my wallet is my life too so I am not afriad to soend a little more for it like purses. I especially love the mini locket detail

10I love this! I think it's fun and vibrant and I love the little lock. while I think it is trendy, I don't think that's a bad thing. however, I just couldn't use this - I need a long checkbook wallet, so I love my long Juicy Couture tan wallet (perfect timeless color)...
