While my girls in London wrap up their own Fashion Week, Giles — someone I've always had my eye on — sent rather tame, graphic designs down his runway. But what wasn't tame was the Pac-Man-inspired massive head gear. So it's a bit distracting from the shift dresses and draped black gown, it's super fun. I enjoy the contrast of the tame clothes and ode to the '80s accessory. It takes me back to dentist visits where I played Pac-Man while my teeth soaked in fluoride. Maybe this pleasant memory is why I don't mind visiting my dentist and Giles's poking fun.

Definitely a bit distracting, like you said...but being an 80s girl, I'm kind of liking it too...
Beyond FABULOUS!
BRILLIANT!!!!!!
Luke I am your father errr mother!
I love Pac-Man but those are freaky!
Neat and innovative. Not as freaky as some of the other head designs I have seen on the runway.
i think i pay attention to the clothes even more.
how about freaky fabulous?! I think they're kinda cool, and you can get away with crazy stuff in fashion. and they're nowhere as freaky as the couple of models who had their face painted like a really pale pink - awful! love the collection though, especially the yellow & black numbers and that collared dress that came in orange, red, and turqouise - love the 70's feel of the orange...
LOL, bastyle! The model with the black dress does resemble Darth Vader. However, I do love that dress. Fashion Week is meant to be a show, not real life! These certainly draw attention...
I guess it's cool, since it's the runway (and where else could you get away with something that weird?) but it's also a bit silly.
strange. but it is probably more interesting in person.
love it!! giles is a really cool designer, the pink dress is lovely!!
I LOVE that black dress. It is very sensual and sexy! The pink one is cute, too. I find the heads to be an unflattering contradiction.
There's no way I'd keep a straight face walking down that runway.
Wow....yet another instance that proves some runway fashion is for the press, and not real women.
i love the outfits
I love that dress on the left. The masks are funny.
Hey, they sell plushie hats like those at clubnamco.com. Haha, perfect accessory for a night out! Kidding.
I think these are so cute! The pink dresses remind me of dresses my mom might have made me wear as a little girl in the 80's (and enjoyed watching my dad play pacman.. I wasn't very good
)... the pacman heads are kind of witty if I think about it that way!
I love the dresses and I think they actually draw my attention to the clothing. I love the contrast between feminine flirty and science fiction barbarella. It's fabulous in my book.
Absolutely Fab. I think he's more talented than the other young Brit designer who's been getting all the attention and hype.
I love it, it's genius!
& I love the pink dress!
Strange.
i like them - i think that they are a great tie in - with the whole 'show' element of what fashion shows are - they are set up to provoke you and to make you become more interested in the excitement of the collection and these are just another accessory that draws your eye in and makes you talk about what you saw even after the shows are over.
silly
If it wasn't different and something new it wouldn't be GILES!!!
Well the hats are insane of course but the dresses ARE fabulous.
