Anne!!!!!!!

I voted Emma. She's totally rocking the dress, whereas Anne is just.. wearing it.

I simply do not like the dress. However, if I absolutely had to pick, Emma did it best.

Anne--I like how the reptilian pumps broke up the black with a different color. And what happened to Emma? She looks 50! Seriously, she looks like a hot older woman, definitely not a hot 32-year old.

I agree with LoudSerenity- it was simply made without taking into account the female figure.

Oh, and also agreeing with loudserenity, Emma looks like she's at least trying to wear it and sell it.

Anne needs shoulders, but this actually makes her head huge. Emma, to me, carries it off better. I'm seeing a lot of early 90's fashions. They're finishing up on the eighties though.

The dress is nice but Emma's makeup and hair age her. She looks like she's channeling Courtney Love.

I know we all love Anne, but don't be biased! Honestly, she looks awkward, and unfinished. Emma tied together other elements and created a true look, the dress simply doesn't work on its own (I don't know why any person would wear this dress, let alone two!)

I voted for Anne because I don't like how the top part of the dress fits Emma, but now I am rethinking my vote... The shoulders look too wide on Anne since she doesn't have hips to balance with like Emma, who looks perfectly in proportion.

they are pretty evenly matched but i think that anne looks a little better in it. it's something about the way that the shoulders are falling on emma that just doesn't look like the best fit.

Both gals look very unfortunate in this dress! Anne just looks awkward and confused - the dress is just draped on her skinny frame. Emma looks realy aged in this ugly get-up and the harsh makeup was not a cool choice for her - too bad
