To many, the color nude immediately conjures up images of granny underwear. It's time to banish those images and welcome nude with open arms. It's already gearing up to be one of the colors of the season, so start incorporating it into your wardrobe. It should be easy because the color is not limited only to tops. It's current on dresses, skirts, footwear, bags, you name it.
If you're still hesitant, buy a nude item that incorporates black in it, like this Marciano Agathe Tank ($88). For a more casual approach, invest in a few nude tees and tanks like Leighton Meester.

I usually tend to call nude either a necessity or cheap sleepwear stuff, but that tank is really pretty. I just have to be really careful with nude stuff, because as a pale little thing, I can look washed out, or worse, nekkid.
1I love nude stuff... on other people. I look horribly washed out in nudes.

4i love nude things as long as they aren't over the top. in the case of this shirt, the 2 tone with the sleeves makes it a GREAT look and for those of you who fear looking washed out - you're saved since there's a darker color closest to your face. i think that this is a good style for the winter since everyone has the red/pink cheek look from the chilly weather.
5I love the black and nude color combo, it looks so chic. But I look worse than washed out in nude-my complexion is on the ruddy side-in nudes I look even more red! Yuck.
6Agree with Jessie... I'm brown so nude just doesn't seem to work on me. But this top does look very pretty.
7Nude? As other's mentioned, you are obviously referring to the caucasian nude, because many people do not look that colour when NUDE!

11I'm very fair-skinned, so nude colors like this tend to wash me out. I usually avoid them.
12With red hair & pale skin (more olive toned, not pink). I am going to pass on this trend, I think it'll wash me out immensely.
13pair em with leather pants and you'd be smoking hot!
