The romantics have arrived. However, one must be aware of the abundant femme flavor of these frilly Spring blouses. Clearly a trickle down from the Romanza [0] trend, the way to wear these for today is sans skirt and with a leaner silhouette. So a sleek pair of skinnies will suffice or a cool pair of high waisted trousers. As for a jacket, you don't want to crush these precious frills so something light and airy - a blazer would look too suit-ish.
