Last night's episode of Project Runway left me loving someone a little more (Leanne) and despising someone a little more (Kenley). When the designers found out they were outfitting each other there were mixed emotions, but when they had to do it according to a musical genre (random) they were intrigued — for the most part. Some took it and ran with it, and even got into character on the runway. And one complained and even insulted mentor Tim Gunn. Annoyances aside, I'm happy about the winner, and the loser. But I do feel some of the genres were harder to decipher than others. So tell me: Which genre would you have preferred to outfit?

To be honset, Korto's punk is more like goth.
1Suede creeped me out. Seriously. He even had the schlumpy Lurch walk down. Yipes.
I was so hoping that the Rock and Roll look would be more fabulous. Were I to design it, I'd probably have pulled some '70s Freddie into it (but then again I'm a Queen addict)...but I think Suede could have gone deeper into the Lenny Kravitz idea.
However, Designer Who Insulted Tim (three guesses, last two don't count) needs an attitude adjustment. Seriously. BEEEEEEEYATCH.

5when the designer who shall not be named insulted tim gunn the first time, i was shocked. when she would not SHUT UP about it, i was doubly shocked. when said designer then rolled her eyes at nina garcia and talked back to the judges in a very rude manner, i was POSITIVE that if her outfit (clearly the worst) did not get her out-ed, then her horrible and childlike behavior would.
i cannot. believe it. i really can't.

Alas, the losing designer has been in the toidy for a while now. I like 'em as a person, but they haven't made anything I'd be crazy about wearing in a while. This makes me sad.
7Argh I can't believe Kenley wasn't kicked off. This season makes me so angry!
Also I wish Stella had been around for this challenge. No matter who/what she got, it would have been interesting.
8The worst part about Kenley is when she is on the runway being judged, she acts like a spoiled brat! That girl could use some humility and should google hip hop when she gets home (which will hopefully be next week).
9Am I the only person with functioning eyeballs? The "pop" outfit was terrible. It looked cheap, like it would cost about $15 on a sale rack. It looked unfinished, and not in a good way.
10Um, also.. Suede's "rock" getup was definitely the best. So what if it wasn't crazy tacky? It screamed Lenny Kravitz.
Kenley should dress sexy more often, I was shocked at what a hot little body she has!
Ehm... are these pictures photoshopped? I remember Kenley as having healthier looking legs. They've been trimmed down to twigs in the picture!

Also, um, yeah. I punched my boyfriend last night when Kenley didn't get kicked off. They're only keeping her around for the drama at this point, and it SUCKS.
13I was really disappointed in Project Runway over the last episode. Kenley VERY clearly should have gone home. Her attitude was even worse than the outfit she designed. She is so ungrateful to be given this opportunity and it shows.
14This week was a mixture for me... mostly I was completely blown away at the auf'd designer, knowing Kenley truly deserved to be out of there for her attitude. I liked the rock n roll outfit, but thought it needed a more Cavalli vibe to make it really pop. And the punk outfit was really goth, not punk at all. Oh well, I think we all know this season totally sux.
15Pretty silly episode. The Aussie version did wedding gowns. It was overall much better than this US season.
I think Kenley is a bit of a one note wonder. I saw her show on jezebel. UGH!
No one seems to have much going on. Jarrel was glue gun addict. I am guessing Leanne (sp), possibly Korto.
Kind of dull.

19I thought Kenley's outfit was much worse than Suede's...plus she is the most annoying person ever.

21I was really upset they did not vote Kenley off based on her b*tchy, no it all attiture. I do not find her creative at all everything she does has been seen before somewhere it is one thing to borrow from an idea but to entirely do every outfit the same. I just want to beat the crap out of her. Go Leanne Portland is totally behind you!
22i chose hip hop since i think that there are a lot of stereotypes for what that is. the other genres i feel have gone a bit more mainstream, yet we still put hip hop into a box of 'baggy clothes' or denim and gold. i think that the outfit on the runway was a MESS and that the jeans were awful - but i also get what she was trying to do by not conforming to what everyone expects for hip hop
23I picked hip hop mainly b/c it's what I'm used to seeing and could gather more inspiration. What I'm not understanding is this whole baggy clothes bit about hip hop. Yikes have we not looked at FEMALE hip hop artists in the last 10 years. MC Lyte, Missy Elliott, Eve, Rah Digga, Foxy Brown, Lauryn Hill, Lil Kim, or whoever you choose. Good grief even Da Brat let the baggy clothes behind for a while there. If anything, skin tight has been the stigma. Let's look at the lines that have spawned. Rocawear, Baby Phat, Apple Bottoms, Sean John, etc. Even if you look at R&B, there are tons of options to draw from. Please people, everyone is not walking around in a white tee and jeans that are twice your size. Look at Skateboard P!!! Aight, I'm done. Lol.
But, since I am truly a gospel girl. I think someone should have gotten that. LOL! Meanwhile, I absolutely love Mary Mary's style.
24Oh and whoever decided on Leanne's hairstyle should be fired. Horrible.
