A little while ago we showed some super fresh Spring trenches. Seeing as how the trench is both a classic and one of the most popular choices for outerwear this season, we are going to be seeing some modernized versions of it. So if you haven't already found that perfect trench maybe go a little avant garde with a cropped trench. Best worn with a long tunic or tee, to offset the crop, these little dudes are funky and youthful. They may not protect you as much from thunderstorms but you'll sure look in the now while running for cover.

4Those are cute.
5Style Before Comfort!
like them all!
6nice trend
i have two, one in beige and one in red and i LOVE them. see brooklyn industries for the red (it also comes in navy and beige) and pinky otto.
7I like the first and third the best.
8Cuuuuuuuute
9this look and this trend of the garment could have been popular only if it was winter again. But then again the material could be change and make it a spring garment. Light fabric can be use and...lol actually be very good trend to come.
10There's a gorgeous DKNY black one I saw today - pity I'm prone to sweating a lot.
11I like the last two. They are pretty! I don't usually need trenches in Florida but they are very supercool.
12Whenever I think of trenchcoats, I think of the ones worn in the forties by dectectives, and pin-ups. And I have always wanted to wear one. And while I like the short ones, I want a long beige one ten times more than the short cropped ones.
13THere's a really great black one from H&M if someone is able to get to a store and check that out. I don't have one here. A buddy of mine sent it to me.
14The Valentino one is cute the cap sleeves are hard on a lot of people. I like Doucette Duvall's cropped trench. It's got all of the classic looks of a trench but is shorter and therefore a tiny bit more practical for spring.
