It was refreshing to see Lucy Liu, alongside Manolo Blahnik, in a pair of delectable twinkle toes. Just because every enviable Gwyn and Charlize is wearing tough-as-nails footwear doesn't mean you have to. An elegant cocoon-shaped Giambattista Valli dress is the perfect topper for the toe that glitters, but I say some rolled up jeans will do, too.
