There's nothing more beautiful than a redhead in dusty pink. And who better to portray the frilly girliness that is Donna Karan's Resort '09 line [1] than model Karen Elson? "Karen has this paleness of skin, this white skin that was so delicious," the designer said [2]. "There is a little bit of decadence and glamour, but at the same time honesty to it." This is the designer's first-ever resort ad campaign, and she's done a fine job. Starting from the soothing color palette to the delicate fabrics and Karen's nonchalant posing, it's quite memorable.
