Kenley's personality aside, this dress had some skill, but was a hot mess. The whole reptilian angle was immature and off track.

Why did they keep her in? I don't see how she is going to show anything intriguing besides revamped 1950's era dresses, which we have already seen. And anytime forced to do something
different, like this dress, as well as the previous music-based challenge, she couldn't deliver.
I liked the idea. Kenley's raging personality flaws aside, the idea was neat, and I like that she didn't dash off to the prettiest most perfect flowers.
However, I think if she had a softer, less angular shape would be a prettier dress.

So Awful...overlooking the awful scales, what is up with that belt? It looks like there might be a fanny pack behind the poor girl.
1I thought it was beyond hideous.
