I am really digging Jamie-Lynn's dark angel look: the dark hair, navy dress, black shoes. Normally, I would think black & blue don't work, but the low cut V-neck gives her a sexy edge. I also love how the dress is made of two different textures. And the babydoll cut is very age appropriate!

4I'm not too wild about the dress, it doesn't seem to fit her. IMO, dresses like the one Jamie-Lynn's wearing looked good on women who have medium-large chest. However, she should've used that sticky tape to enhance the bustline.
The shoes, don't really bring the outfit together for me. This dress looks best with a pair of pumps or peep-toed heels.
