I love wearing ruffles up top, but I've always been hesitant to wear them on the lower half of my body. A ruffly bottom is too feminine for my taste, but I do love this Thayer Shatter Ruffle Skirt [0] ($187). I like how the blood red color and iridescent lamé finish tones down the girly tiers. Is this Fab potential or should I pass?
