2I got my mom a blue Longchamp small size tote with long handles when I was in Paris last spring and she couldn't bare to part with it when it turned cold and was kind of out of season...so I got her a black one just like it for Christmas and she flipped out -- was SO excited!! The Longchamp bags are so lightweight and sturdy, and you can just throw them in the wash with everything else...they're really a smart buy for anyone (you OR your Mom)!!
