OMG- that guy in the picture Zack Tanck....I went to school with him here at UCSB. He was so outrageous!!! His self tanner jobs were always bad though. He always had the orange glow and you could see where the tanner dripped on to his feet. I also remember hanging out with Lo from Laguna Beach when she went to UCSB
