Is that Christy or is it a mermaid? Although I love Christy's hair color and minimal makeup, the gown is not doing it for me. I especially don't like the jewels on the gown as they make it look cheap. With the amount of designer friends she must have, she could have chosen a more au courant gown for the gala. Do you agree?

I agree with fab. I feel like I have seen something similar on a Macy's rack. She looks great from the neck up, but I think she can pull off something more striking.

11I love that she wasn't trying too hard. The dress isn't "original" but it is pretty and the color is great. I can see that you might find something similar at a dept. store, but honestly, do you think that there's not something special about it? Either the fabric, the jewels are imported from Atlantis or something crazy? hahaha....
