40s glam is always in style on the red carpet and I think Kate Bosworth is pulling off this look flawlessly. Although one of the few in a short dress, I think she is rocking it much better than Scarlett Johansson. Love the hair, the lips, the dress, everything. What do you think?

she looks a lot better here than she has recently. I dont like the hair or the really dark lips though, her hair seems a little too yellow and the lips too brick red. the dress is great though
