B's mom Elinor has found a new man, and Blair is less than happy with her mother's choice. Never one to crack under pressure, she remained fashionably calm as she plotted to break up the lovebirds. Her ivory Bill Blass ruffle halter and black Giuseppe Zanotti satin pumps was the perfect mix of fun and elegance. Blair's statement top needed a simple background; pairing it with a sophisticated short skirt and diamond earrings was perfection. Need I say more?

14I loooove her so much and that blouse was crazy amazing, but I actually thought the backless blouse with the mini skirt was a little too immodest to be considered "classy" or "elegant." of course, maybe that's just my taste, but I would wear that blouse with something that covers up a bit more...
