Black is back. But while most stars are turning to LBDs, Lindsay Price is doing her own thing. The actress attended the 2nd annual H.E.L.P. Malawi fundraising event in NYC in an all-black ensemble that dazzled from head to toe. I love that she paired up different fabrics — a satin tulip skirt with a rayon cocoon top. The oversized stone and chain necklace and gold sandals provide just enough variation. What a wonderful holiday party outfit!

13I'm almost certain that it's a BCBG runway dress (not a top+skirt)..that's not listed on the website. I tried it in store. Need a back picture to confirm. The reason it's not fitting her right because she needs one size up, so the shoulder can drape instead of budge up. the dress is nice though. Though not sure that particular belt is the best choice. Could do better. Love her outfits on the show!

15I think she looks fabulous - I looooooooove both the skirt and top and she certainly knows how to accesorize (that necklace is so pretty). what I don't like, though, is her her highlights and her makeup (or lack thereof?) - I don't know if she just usually wears more on the show and I'm used to seeing her like that (not that I watch it, I just see the pictures here on Fab haha) or what, but she looks a little off.
