Let the pajama party begin. Plumage, perfectly toned (and tanned) bodies, sequins, lace, and ruffles, and, of course, Heidi Klum, all make up the holiday cocktail known as the Victoria's Secret fashion show. Victoria's Secret ignored economic uncertainty with a full-blown lingerie love affair at Miami's newest hot spot: The Fontainebleau hotel. When asked about this year's show, Ed Razek, VS’s president and chief marketing officer said, “Quite candidly, I think people are looking for a little escape right now." While many a celeb and pretty face turned out for not one, but two runway shows, there was more than enough escape to go around.
The show will air on CBS on Dec. 3., but we've got the sparkly splendor for you now. With Usher performing, VS angels Selita Ebanks, Adriana Lima, Doutzen Kroes, and Miranda Kerr strutted their hot stuff, as well as high fashion models like Lara Stone, Julia Stegner, and Behati Prinsloo. It was refreshing to see a couple classic faces like Carmen Kass and Noemie Lenoir, too. Whatever your fantasy, these girls wore an outfit to fulfill it. From bedazzled bras — Adriana Lima wore the the $5 million black diamond bra — to black lace bodysuits, cozy cuties, sci-fi getups, and dramatic wings, Victoria's Secret brought it full force.

this motivates me to go to the gym today lol
1I think the more Christmas-themed one (2006?) was better.
Alessandra + 3 months - baby weight = WOAH!!
2I sort of want to jump off a bridge--my baby is about as old as Alessandra's and she looks like she never was pregnant while I...well, let's just say that I look rather maternal. Of course I didn't look nearly as good as she did pre-pregnancy, but still....
3adriana is gorgeous!
4Show looks awesome. Looking forward to seeing the show.
5After looking through these photos.. I actually feel better about my body. It's hard seeing these women airbrushed in the catalogues all the time. Seeing real photos of them made me realize my body isn't much different.
6i can't wait to see the show!!!
and i can't wait to get my booty up for yoga in the morning...
7I think the whole angel thing is tired. I don't find any of them other worldly perfect (albeit Lima comes close), so I guess that is good for my self-esteem. Yes, it is amazing to be so thin after a baby, but good genes, careful dieting, and workouts, along with low weight gain and a small baby will do wonders in preventing stretch marks and skin laxity.
Why do I want to see grown women acting cutesy and pouty in ridiculous get ups again? I hate their publicity photos with all the kissy faces, too. If they wanted to appeal to women, then why don't they project class and sensuality. I guess they figured out the mass market already?
8I can't wait to see the show!
9Julia!! EDITA! MARYNA!
10i hate to say it, but it's kinda the same every year!
11You know I hate to say it but I am disappointed with the outfits this year. Usually, they are so creative and this year they seem kind of boring and some even absurd, cue Selita Banks in the Twister-inspired looking piece.
Here's hoping it looks better on television than in pictures.
12JennyJenJen, do not compare yourself to alessandra. she's clearly a freak of nature!!! i'm sure you are as beautiful as ever and congrats on your new baby!!! i can't wait for this!!! my sister and i are hosting a girls only cocktail party around this event!
13One of the other managers at the VS I work in got to attend the show! She sat in the front row and loooooved it! I'm a little jealous (in a happy for her kind of way), but really, just excited for another show and seeing some of next years product, even if it is hard to tell exactly what the finished product will look like with all the add-ons they use. I like the one that looked like a purple pansy. *grin*
14...lumberjack themed underwear?
Somebody's running out of ideas.
15i think the last year was the best of it..i dont like this year, either
