It's so cute! And so her. I agree though, maybe in person the distinction between skirt/tights was more noticeable. I would have thought about going with black textured tights to make it more
clear, or maybe just solid gray tights. 
Either way, she's gorgeous! And this makes me want to go out and but a polka dot shirt. Think target has one?

i miss seeing her out on the red carpet more often. there was a period of time that we saw her a lot but it seems like things have slowed down for a bit. at least we can usually say that she looks amazing when she is photographed. this is a great look, and i like the light colored sling backs that draw the whole outfit together.

Different colour skirt (maybe grey) would've looked good!
