we used to call these bib necklaces, unless there's something different that I'm missing. I don't wear very much jewelry, but some of these are nice. I really liked the gold one reese w. had on at one of her 4 christmases premieres.
1they remind me of school that was the only type of accessories we were allowed to wear on the uniform and it should be white and made of lace!yes i know that was a very weird school
