Like Fergie, Eva is another dame who doesn't seem to grasp the concept of "less is more."
Here, the petite actress is overly matchy matchy and it's giving me a slight headache to look at this ensemble. Allow me to list all the accessories she's sporting: Gerard Darel fringe bag, five bangles, earrings, hat, studded boots, necklace. I think what really sends it over the top is the fact that it's all made up of the same neutral tones. It screams "I tried too hard."
I would have first gotten rid of the hat, earrings and boots. I would have kept the first 3 bangles and the bag, but would have worn a pair of simple flats and a different color top so that it didn't mesh with the bag. How would YOU wear it?

I'd lose the boots, bag and hat.
I'd swap the boots for cute neutral flats, and the bag for something neutral but smaller and plainer. And I'd swap out her shirt for something brightly colored. Red, maybe. Or even a dark brown would be better.
1I'd lose a few bracelets too, and the hat and boots. Maybe a bright colored top and some cute flats. Right now it's just blah.
2I'd loose the boots, hat and all those bangles and the shoes out be open toe. The jeans would change into capri's and the bag would be smaller.
3I am SO glad someone else finally said she is too "much" in her dressings... I just dont get it. She is always one best dressed lists for awards, but I find everything too tacky and "Vegas-y".

4I would get rid of the hat, the bangles, the earrings, and the boots. I would have still worn boots, just not ones with rhinestones or whatever detailing hers has. I would changed the color of the bag or the color of the shirt because it does look hideous together. As I'm writing this I can't believe this woman wore all of these things at the same time, it'd be horrible on anyone, but she's like 5'2 for crying out loud!
5No hat, change the earrings to something more simple. Leave the boots at home and wear some pearl-colored pumps.

It IS a lot. I would loose the hat and a few of the bangles, the necklace, and the big earrings. I'd keep like two bangles, the bag, and the boots. Keep it simple.
