Girls on Film: Karl's Couture Calendar

There's no doubt Karl Lagerfeld has a knack for photography. He already has campaign ads under his belt and next are calendars. In collaboration with Italian Marie Claire, the Kaiser himself will be creating a couture-filled calendar featuring Eva Herzigova playing a dozen different characters. “It’s about how one girl can be every woman. It’s an idea I love,” said Lagerfeld. “We did the shoot in one night, from 8 in the evening until 8 in the morning.” The calendar will be available Dec. 16 at select bookstores.
