White is in the air, and beyond. It all started when we were struck by white lightening, and then there were the white accessories, white shades, and just an overall influx of white. So it's no surprise that as the weather heats up, the celebs are looking heavenly in dresses of this hue. The versatility of a LWD is profound: one can either look inappropriately like a 6-year-old or one can look like a sophisticated woman. I would recommend the latter, and stick to styles that are either minimal or retro - to avoid looking like Alice in Wonderland.

If only I wasnt a broke college student. I love the second one!
1Finally the little white dress gets a lil more acknowledgment.
I've always preferred
white instead of black.
2LOVE the polka dots!!
3Love the dot dress!
4I love the second one so much, but its way out of my price range.
5I love it!
6Lately when shopping I've only been drawn to white dresses. Which is fine except when you're looking for a couple of dresses to wear to all the summer weddings you have coming up... Why do they have to be so cute?!
7LL's dress is to die for!
8I love the second dress because it's broken up and it has a pattern. It's not all consistent and that makes it appealing! Othe other one looks like she's about to head to work but forgot the blazer.
9Very chic!
10Love the polka dot dress! So totally adorable.
11the polka doth dress is too cute , love it
12I love my LWD, but I haven't had enough opportunities to wear it! I want to wear it to a wedding in August, but I'm afraid it's not appropriate, since I'm not the bride hehehe
13oh! oh! yesterday i wore a strapless white eyelet dress...soo cute! wore it with red patent peep-toe pumps that had a cork heel, and finished it with a black wide belt at the waist.
14who is the designer for LL's dress? looks like prada...maybe not. she wears a lot of chanel but i highly doubt that it is.
15who's the celeb in the first dress? i really, really, REALLY like that dress. any idea on who's it is?
16i found a lovely LWD at a store called Bella here in Montreal.. The line is called Neslay of Paris. I wanted to post it, because it's such a nice dress, with eyelet and wide shoulders straps so I can wear a bra, and a cinched waist and I feel elegant when I wear it.. but I couldn't find it online. When I wear it after Victoria Day weekend, I'll take a pic.
17Hi all! Glad you're digging the LWDs! The first pic is Ali Larter & that dress looks like Azzedine Alaïa and I think the LL dress may be Marchesa - but don't hold me to both of those! xo
18I hear ya, fulooped
19Talk about LWD, I just bought one this afternoon @ NM, A linen summer dress with pockets on sides by Juicy Couture, Its so crisp, refreshing and a clean look .
20The only 'white' I'll be wearng is when I get married... and even then.. I dunno white is just so white...
21Lovely dresses but.. white???
Love it!
22Love the second one!
23The funny ladies in the middle pic look adorable too.
White pops against my chocolate skin! Loves it.
