I'm equally thrilled to pick up the latest issue of H&M Magazine as I am to get my W. While the latter satiates my desire for fantastical fashion, H&M's pleases my budget-conscious side. More than ever I am looking to the quarterly mag to provide me with cheap chic fashions.
